 Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC (ESP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wellington Equestrian Partners, a group of individuals dedicated to creating excellence in horse sports that they achieved in their businesses.

WEP created ESP to bring together from around the world the best and most experienced individuals in managing horse shows, producing spectacular equestrian events and providing the highest levels of facilities and services to fulfill WEPs' goal of building in Wellington, Florida the top equestrian showcase on Earth.

The WEP Partnership includes some of America's most prominent equestrian families who are committed to provide a home in Wellington for the equestrian community and to assure harmony between equestrian and non-equestrian interests in and around the horse show grounds named the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.

WEP's founding partners are Mark and Katherine Bellissimo, Dennis and Marsha Dammerman and Roger and Jennifer Smith.

Diane Brockway Diane Brockway

At the urging of one of her children, Ms. Brockway came to Lake Wellington Professional Centre seven years ago as a part-time receptionist. Moving up the ladder to full time, then assistant and finally as Managing Director has been an exciting adventure. Having worked in offices, retail, and answering services has created a work history that carries through to the position she now holds. Working with Mr. Adams, owner of Lake Wellington, has provided opportunities to work with varied professionals in a capacity that benefits both Lake Wellington Professional Centre as well as the diversity of their clients.

A warm, friendly atmosphere has evolved at Lake Wellington Professional Centre because of the extra mile taken by Diane and her professional staff. A key ingredient to the continued success at Lake Wellington is the concept put in place by Ms. Brockway that the staff of Lake Wellington Professional Centre do indeed work for each individual client. Alexander L. Domb Alexander L. Domb

Alexander L. Domb is presently a shareholder in The Law Office of Alexander L. Domb, P.A., a law firm specializing in Estate Planning Law, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate Designations, and Living Wills, and specializing in Real Property Law, including single family and commercial real estate transactions for over 23 years. He is also the owner of Quality Title Company, a licensed title insurance agency in Florida.

In addition to practicing law, Alec is a member of the Palm Beach County Consumer Affairs Hearing Panel and a member of the Wellington Construction Board. He also serves as Co-Chairman of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Committee and is a member of the President’s Circle. He currently serves as Secretary of the Palm Beach Executive Network, a network of business executives who promote each others businesses and engage in local charity work.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Alec attended the University of Miami undergraduate school of Business Administration and graduated with a degree in Finance. He also attended the Nova Southeastern School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. He is presently a member of The Florida Bar, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He also maintains a Florida real estate license, mortgage brokers license and a life, health and variable annuity insurance license.

Alec has been married to the former Melody Shernoff for almost 24 years. Melody is a registered nurse and owner of jewelry design firm, Melody Creates. They reside in Wellington, Florida.
Dennis P. Gallon, Ph.D. Dennis P. Gallon, Ph.D.

Dennis P. Gallon, Ph.D., became the fifth President of Palm Beach Community College in 1997. Prior to becoming President of PBCC, he served as President of the Kent Campus at Florida Community College at Jacksonville.

Gallon brought to this position a long and successful career at the secondary and postsecondary levels of education. After serving as a tenured faculty member at FCCJ, his administrative career there included Campus Business Manager, Campus Dean of Occupational, Adult and Continuing Education, Campus Dean of Instructions, and College-wide Associate Vice President of Academic Programs. He also served as an Adjunct Professor in the Doctoral Program in Higher Education Administration at the University of Florida.

Gallon completed the requirements for the Ph.D. in Higher Education at UF. He received his Master of Science degree in Business from Indiana University (Bloomington) and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Edward Waters College in Jacksonville.

Gallon’s professional involvement includes serving on the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) President’s Roundtable, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools’ Commission on Colleges (SACS COC), Florida Association of Colleges and Universities (FACU), Leadership Florida, University of Florida Alumni Board, and he has served as a Fulbright Scholar in Israel through the Fulbright Senior Specialist Program.

Gallon has been active in many Palm Beach County organizations taking leadership roles on the boards of directors of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, the Education Commission of Palm Beach County, the United Way of Palm Beach County, the Urban League of Palm Beach County, the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, the Palm Beach County Workforce Alliance Board, the Palm Beach County Health Care District, two Hospital Board of Directors and the Forum Club of Palm Beach County. Dr. Gallon is also affiliated with several other national, state and local organizations.

Gallon has been recognized by several organizations which include the “2002 Community Leader of the Year Award” from the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce, the “2007 Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Urban League of Palm Beach County, and the “2004 Martin Luther King Jr. Distinguished Leader Award” from the NAACP. 
Don Kiselewski Don Kiselewski

Don Kiselewski is area manager for Northern and Western Palm Beach County for Florida Power & Light Company, the principal subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc.(NYSE:FPL), one of the country’s largest electricity-related services companies with annual revenues of more than $11 billion. Its principal subsidiary, Florida Power & Light Company, is one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the U.S., serving approximately nine million people in Florida. The other FPL Group subsidiaries include FPL Energy, one of the nation’s fastest growing wholesale energy producers from clean and renewable fuels with expanding operations in 26 states, and the world’s largest generator of solar and wind energy; and FPL FiberNet, which provides wholesale fiber optic systems and services in Florida and the Southeast U.S.

Prior to joining FPL in May 2005, Mr. Kiselewski served as a Congressional Chief of Staff and was a 14-year employee of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Don serves as Treasurer of the Palm Beach County Business Development Board and on the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Education Commission, the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches and the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce. He is active in such community organizations as the American Heart Association and Young Friends and Families of the South Florida Science Museum.

Don holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. A 35-year resident of Palm Beach County, Don lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife, Heidi, and three children, Katie, Jackson & Chelsea. 
Mike Nelson Mike Nelson

Effective Solutions, Inc. was formed in 1999 and is active in the representation of private owners and corporate entitles in political and governmental representation, land use, land development, real estate valuations and acquisitions, management of litigation, real estate management, construction, property and liability insurance and other management concerns and needs.

Born in Brooklyn New York and raised in Miami, Mike Nelson attended North Miami High School, Miami Dade Community College and FAU. Mike is married to Kathy Foster (Wellington’s Very First Mayor!) and together has 4 children, ages 23 to 42, twin 4 1/2 year old granddaughters and a 1 year old grandson. Having always lived and worked in Florida, Mike moved to Wellington in 1984 from Clearwater and was involved in the incorporation of Wellington as well as on the Board and an officer of First Wellington, Inc., one of two pre incorporation governing entities. Mike and Kathy also are very involved and support numerous local charities as well as national and international charities.
Cheryl Pavlik Cheri Pavlik

 Ms. Pavlik has 19 years of multifaceted real estate development, project planning and interior design experience, and a Florida real estate broker’s license. She is Treasurer of South Florida Professional Women in Construction, Board Member of the Professional Women’s Network, Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Design, and Member of the Rotary Club of West Palm Beach. Hedrick Brothers Construction was recently awarded the contract for an Equestrian residence in Wellington complete with stables, grooms quarters and a hot walker. The company is celebrating 30 years of providing the highest level of craftsmanship and professional management for general contracting, construction management and pre-construction services for Commercial, Luxury Residential, Historic Restoration, Education, and Sustainable Construction projects in South Florida.
Carmine A. Priore III, P.E. Carmine A. Priore III, P.E.

 Carmine Priore III is the Plant General Manager of the West County Energy Center for Florida Power & Light Company, the principal subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc.(NYSE:FPL), one of the country’s largest electricity-related services companies with annual revenues of more than $11 billion. Its principal subsidiary, Florida Power & Light Company, is one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the U.S., serving approximately nine million people in Florida. FPL Energy, another subsidiary, is one of the nation’s fastest growing wholesale energy producers from clean and renewable fuels with expanding operations in 26 states, and the world’s largest generator of solar and wind energy.

The West County Energy Center is a new, clean, highly efficient combined cycle power plant that is undergoing construction in western Palm Beach County, Loxahatchee, Florida. Just prior to Mr. Priore’s role at West County, he was the General Manager of Electrical and Instrumentation & Controls where his Team provided engineering and technical services to all FPL Group power generating assets.

Mr. Priore serves on the Village of Wellington Planning & Zoning Adjustment Board, the National City Bank Advisory Board, the Palms West Chamber of Commerce, and the Palm Beach Central High School Advisory Board. He is active in charitable fundraisers specifically noting the two events Chaired for the Renaissance Learning Center, School for Autism.

Carmine received with honors a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida in 1989 and promptly joined Florida Power & Light Company. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and obtained with honors a Master of Science in Engineering Management, combining Business Administration and Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida. Additionally, he completed the executive program, Driving Corporate Performance, at Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts.

A 23-year resident of Palm Beach County, Carmine lives in Wellington with his wife Terri and their three children.
Phillip T. Ridolfo Phillip T. Ridolfo

 Phil Ridolfo is a shareholder with the firm's West Palm Beach office. With more than15 years of experience, he focuses his practice on general corporate law, litigation and criminal defense. Prior to joining Fowler White Burnett, Ridolfo was a solo practitioner in West Palm Beach, where he handled general corporate and litigation work for business clients, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and corporate governance.

He also served as general counsel and was a principal of an upscale residential developer. Earlier in his career, Ridolfo was a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig's West Palm Beach office. In this position, he performed general corporate work, including assisting clients with matters involving SEC reporting and compliance, regulatory issues and confidentiality agreements. He was also an associate with Akerman Senterfitt in the West Palm Beach office and an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County.

Active in the community, he is the former president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach County and recently served on the board of Friends of Abused Children. Ridolfo is also a trustee member of the Wellington Chamber.

Stephen Rivera was born in Queens, NY, been married to his high school sweetheart for 30 years and has three children and one grandson, all living here in Palm Beach, our family has resided in Florida for over 22 years. His hobbies include Physics and playing Jazz piano with local bands.

Dr. Scott Swerdlin Dr. Scott Swerdlin

Dr. Scott Swerdlin is a native Floridian whose family raised cattle and horses. After graduating the University of Miami, he pursued a master’s degree at the University of Florida and was then accepted to Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduation, he joined the United States Air Force where he was commissioned a Captain in the U.S.A.F. Veterinary Services and was then appointed Chief of Clinical Services at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines.

Following his tour in the military, he started a private practice in South Florida. In 1983 he joined Palm Beach Equine Clinic where he has practiced ever since. He served on the state Board of Veterinary Medicine from 1981-1987 and received the Gold Star Award for outstanding contributions to veterinary medicine in the state of Florida. In 1999, he was awarded a membership in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and is licensed to practice in Great Britain. Currently, Dr. Swerdlin is President of Palm Beach Equine Clinic, a full service, referral equine hospital, employing 18 veterinarians and a support staff of 40 technicians and administrative staff.

He specializes in practice management and lameness of performance horses.

When not occupied with his veterinary responsibilities, he enjoys playing polo, fishing, and traveling with his wife Amy. 
John Wash John Wash

The Wellington Chamber of Commerce is most pleased to warmly welcome Mr. John Wash to their exclusive President’s Circle Membership. John Wash is President of Operations at the International Polo Club Palm Beach. In addition, Mr. Wash serves as President of Operations for the Wanderers Golf Club of Wellington (formerly known as Wellington Golf & Country Club), a private 18-hole golf course that reopened in February 2008 after a renovation conducted by Jacobsen Hardy Golf Designs and owned by IPC owner, John Goodman. Prior to moving to Florida, Mr. Wash was Vice President of Operations at Bentwater Yacht and Country Club and Lochinvar Golf Club; a private men’s only golf club, in Houston, Texas.

Prior to living in Houston, Mr. Wash helped develop and open the Golf Club of Purchase located in Westchester, New York and The Country Club of the South in Atlanta, Georgia which was developed as a residential resort club by Bob Sierra and Jack Nicklaus.

Mr. Wash grew up in New York and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He is married to his wife Joy and has five children; four boys and a daughter who all live in Florida.

Mr. Wash is currently working on making the sport of polo more mainstream to residents of Wellington and to The Palm Beaches via additional events and fully integrated public relations program. In addition, Mr. Wash is working on expanding the club for both public use with a new public pavilion and additional seating for the 2009 polo season as well as expansions and additions for club members which include a new clubhouse for tennis and croquet viewing, additional tennis courts, social events, and dining and spa expansions.
